ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (ODS)

v Minimum S1 degree, preferably major in psychology or management.

v Minimum 3 years experiences in OD area and preferably in multi finance company.

v Has a good understanding in Organization Development (Job Analysis & CBHRM), Recruitment Management (Interviewing, Psychological Evaluation, tools, methods), Assessment Process and Performance Management (KPI, tools, methods).
v Fluent in English.

v Has a good communication skill.

v Energetic, creative and a team player.
