Now we are looking for people of excellence, people of integrity, and
people of innovation to fill these positions:
1. PRODUCTION MANAGER
Qualifications:
. S1 / S2 from reputable university with major preferably from
broadcasting;
. Experience at least 8 years in production with 3-5 years experience as
manager production.
. Excellent in writing and producing skills for broadcast on a national
or international level;
. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
. Having managerial and leadership skill.
2. SEGMENT PRODUCER
Qualifications:
. S1 / D3 from reputable university;
. At least 2 years experience as writer/producer in television
production field;
. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills;
. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
3.RESEARCHER
Qualifications:
* S1 from reputable university;
* Preferably female; age max 30 years;
* Having good communication skill and make relationship;
* Have a widespread connection/network;
* Able to interview and write a story in English.

4. HEAD OF NEW MEDIA
Qualifications:
. S1 / S2 from reputable university;
. Age 28 and above, at least 3-5 years experience in Business
Development area;
. Preferably have experience in managing Mobile Product Development and
website.
. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and target.
5. FUND RAISING MANAGER
Qualifications:
* S1 / S2 from reputable university;
* Age 28 and above, at least 3 years experience in Marketing;
Preferably have experience in TV Media;
* Most likely have good networking;
* Able and willing to travel;
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

8. WEB CONTENT OFFICER
Qualification:
* S1 from reputable university, preferably majoring journalistic.
* Posses good computer knowledge & skill of MS Office and Graphic
Editor Specially Photoshop.
* Strong writing skill, high interest in journalism
* Good communication skill both written and spoken English
* Highly creative, self motivated, hard worker and should be able to
work under pressure and long hours to meet deadline
* Must have a keen interest in business/marketing.
