Plant HR Manager (PHRM)

Position Overview:
This position will report to the Plant Manager. The incumbent’s responsibility is to build employee and organisation excellence by ensuring optimal flexibility in resource allocation and planning, recruitment, union relations, compensation & benefits and organizational development in order to support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:Management & Organization Development
Manage the recruitment process to ensure quality staff for all plant positions including seasonal/temporary workforce. Participate in headcount planning.
Provide appropriate, high-quality learning & development opportunities. Enhance the use of talent management & management development tools.
Apply and build on OD tools and processes to improve work environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Monitor and ensure consistency in grading for plant positions, participate in the salary budget process, oversee the effective implementation of the benefits program.

Labour Relations & Collective Bargaining
Maintain harmonious relations with employee union and labour organization. Ensure smooth and timely negotiation of the collective labour agreement.

Who are we looking for?

* Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

* Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience in an international FMCG company (manufacturing environment)

* Good knowledge and understanding of the Indonesian labour legislation

* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels

* Willing to work in Cikarang
