The role

Our Programme Resource Centre is a demand-driven service that promotes evidence-based learning among our programme staff. Run by a team of Programme Resource Officers, the PRC designs and delivers a range of peer-to-peer learning initiatives and resources that enable our staff to access good programme practice.

As the PRO for Education, Health and HIV, you will play a pivotal role in providing advice, guidance and information to regional staff working in these key programme areas.

What we are looking for

This role demands someone with a keen interest in Education, Heath and HIV in development and a commitment to ensuring that programme design is informed by good practice. Excellent written communications skills are essential for this role, as you’ll need to present programme information clearly and concisely to a diverse client group. With a strong customer focus and proven analytical skills, you’ll be adept at identifying and meeting the real programme needs of our regional staff.
