Production Manager - Mine/Production/Kiln

Production Manager Job: PRODUCTION MANAGER needed in Arizona to manage the production function to meet cost, tonnage and quality demands. Requires 5 years experience in an industry utilizing rotary kilns proven knowledge of kiln operation theory and practice. Must be proficient using standard office software such as MS Word, Excel, Lotus and have proven knowledge of basics in plant mechanical fundamentals. Requires leadership ability, personnel management experience, and the communication skills to interact with governmental agencies, engineering, personnel, logistics and sales. Responsible to direct supervisors, meet plant goals and budget, ensure environmental compliance, ensure maintenance, and manage production. Great opportuniy with benefits and relocation included.
