BUILDING MANAGER - Building Facilities, Operation & Maintenance
Main Function:
* Manages the overall company�s building operations and maintenance
in Jabodetabek area including offices, MSC, MGW, galleries and all other
future buildings to ensure minimum disruption to company�s operation and to
increase efficiency and effectiveness in the building operations.
Qualifications :

* Handson experience with optimization tools (MapInfo, Actix,
Agilent, CAIT, etc)
* Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF
optimization activity
* Have deep knowledge about radio network optimization in different
environment
* Hands on experience with analyze field measurement results
(Statistics)
* Hands on experience from tuning and optimization activities in a
live network
* Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages is
advantageous
* Literate in computer skill
* Good Interpersonal skill
* Independent, self-motivated, and well organised with an analytical

* Have related experience minimum 2 years for Supervisor. Experience
in Telco Industry is preferable.
* Have related experience minimum 5 years in Telco Company or Telco
equipment vendors for manager position
