Plans, organizes and control projects for all Rodenticide and Disinfectant products from conceptual stage through product life cycles to optimize market penetration and profits.

* Identifies market potential and marketing strategy, helps establish pricing.
* Defines advertising and promotional efforts.
* Prepares training materials and executes product training.
* Collaborates with wide variety of functional areas to develop and refine product responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
* Establishes marketing goals to achieve desired market share and profitability for products in relation to budget and market trend.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; one or two year’s professional sales experience in agriculture or industry related field. Candidate should be willing to travel and have a positive attitude
