OFDA requires an Evaluation and Reporting Coordinator (E&R Coordinator) to lead and coordinate OFDA assessment and evaluation efforts, organize and participate in the Agency reporting requirements such as the Congressional Budget Justification, Operational Plan & Performance Report, Foreign Assistance Coordination and Tracking System (FACTS) data entry, fiscal year operating budgets, PART (Program Assessment Rating Tool), and Strategic Planning. In addition, the E&R Coordinator will analyze program effectiveness, share programmatic information with other offices, and serve in a significant capacity as a member of the OFDA Grants Working Group.
